About Danielle
My name is Danielle and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor! I have received my master's degree at Kean University in Clinical Mental Health. My experience has been working with adolescents, adults and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, self esteem issues and/or trauma. I also have educational background and experience working in the field of addiction counseling. I enjoy celebrating uniqueness and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth and holistic approach to counseling tailored to each individual client's needs. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for clients who feel “stuck” and who want to live a happier and more balanced life. I incorporate both CBT and DBT skills to help clients implement healthy coping mechanisms in times of stress
