Maya is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate life's challenges while building confidence, emotional resilience, and healthy coping skills. She believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted. Her goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. Maya's therapeutic approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and incorporates evidence based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), strengths based interventions, and person centered therapy. She is committed to empowering clients to embrace their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change while becoming the healthiest version of themselves. Maya believes that growth doesn't happen overnight, but with compassion, support, and the right tools, every individual has the ability to bloom into the person they are meant to be.
