I am a dedicated Licensed Social Worker and want to ensure a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic environment for my clients. Cultural humility and an intersectional approach are vital. I cherish being a part of a client's journey and collaborating with them in their healing process. I have experience providing holistic care for teens and adults. I practice eclectic approaches utilizing somatic modalities, mindfulness, creative expression, CBT, DBT, and ERP. I implore exploring alternative ways of healing. It is vital to have someone to talk to during challenging times, and both recognize and commemorate the strengths that a client holds. I aim to create a space where the client feels safe and heard.
